I wanted to write to thank you for the very impressive customer service I received – a rarity nowadays!

I ordered a whisky decanter and glasses as a wedding gift and was very happy with the product, the beautiful engraving and the speed with which I received the present – something which was important as the wedding was less than a week from the date of ordering.

Minutes after placing the order online I was called to discuss the engraving requirements, and again when the decanter was despatched. It was nice to know what was happening and the man I spoke to about the engraving was very helpful.
