1. Price Information
The prices shown are only applicable to purchases made via the Glencairn website. All prices are correct at time of display online and include V.A.T. where appropriate. In the unlikely event of an administrative error resulting in an incorrect price being displayed, we reserve the right to correct the price.

2. Ordering Goods
We will ask for details of your billing address - this MUST be the address at which your Credit/Debit card is registered - and email/phone contact details so we can contact you if we need to discuss your order. Glencairn will confirm receipt of your order by sending an email to you using the address you supplied when registering with our website, however this will not bring into existance a legally binding agreement between us. All orders placed on Glencairn are subject to stock availability and to the validation checks described in section 4 below. Also please refer to section 1 above regarding incorrect prices. No contract will exist between you and Glencairn Online for the sale of products by us to you until your credit/debit card has been charged. Our list of shipping destinations and prices are available on the website.

3. Payment
We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. Payment will be debited to your account before the dispatch of your purchase.
PROTX processes all credit and debit card purchases made by our customers. The balance is payable to Glencairn Crystal Limited for the goods. The total amount paid is unaffected by the type of payment used.

4. Validation Checks
All credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. We may need to contact you by letter, telephone or email to verify details before we are able to dispatch your order or we may be unable to accept your order.

5. Delivery of Goods
We can deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom although for deliveries to non-mainland UK addresses and certain remote locations e.g. Scottish Isles, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands there may be an additional delivery charge and slightly longer delivery lead time. Your signature will be required on delivery.

5a. Delivery Charges
In the event your order exceeds the courier limit you will be contacted. We take no responsibility for the payment of duties/import taxes once your item arrives in your destination country.

5b. Delivery Times
Due to other factors we cannot guarantee that orders placed after noon will be ready for dispatch for the deadline.. Risk in the goods will pass to you on delivery.

We will inform you if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

6. Restrictions on Ordering and Delivery
We can deliver to most addresses in the U.K. and Europe. Unfortunately we are unable to deliver to certain destinations, if you wish to discuss shipping destinations, then please contact us in writing or telephone. NOTE: Customs and Excise at certain destinations require a personal I.D. No. or VAT No. if you are outside the EU please include this or you may experience shipping delays.

7. Faulty Goods
If you purchase a product from us which is found to be faulty we will supply a replacement product or give you a refund of the purchase price. Provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition and we are contacted within 24 hours of receiving goods.

8. Unwanted Goods
If you decide that you do not want any item which we have delivered then, provided that it is returned to us in its original and unused condition (including in its original packaging), along with the wrapping and delivery note (as proof of purchase) within 28 days of delivery, we will exchange it or offer a refund.
